Conference fee of $575 until March 31, 2012; $675 after
$100 discount for additional persons from the same office
$375 for nurse accompanying a registered doctor
$50 full time student; $300 Naturopathic college faculty
$65 to attend Saturday afternoon only of the Symposium if you are attending the Mederi Foundation fundraiser
$185 to purchase DVDs from last year’s conference, if you are attending this year’s Advances in Cancer Strategies 2012. AMA CME's may be earned by watching five of these DVDs:
Fee of $85 for 20 AMA CMEs, $45 for 22 of all other CMEs
